Penta Poster is an open and completely free platform for everyone, where creativity knows no bounds.

The only valid channel for sharing your designs is pentaposter.neu.edu.tr. Applications submitted through different means will not be included in the evaluation process. Participants are expected to submit original works that adhere to the determined theme and respect ethical values. Each designer can participate in the competition with a maximum of 3 posters.

You are free in the design process; you may prepare your works using any technique you wish. As a technical standard, works must be in A2 size, 150 dpi resolution, RGB color mode, and JPEG format (vertical or horizontal).

So that we can focus on the pure design power of your posters, they must not contain any commercial logos, institution names, or personal marks. You are free regarding the use of slogans.

The participant is deemed to have accepted that the poster is entirely their own work, does not bear any resemblance in terms of idea or form to any other work, was not produced with artificial intelligence contribution, and has not been used in any previous exhibition or competition.

Designs lacking originality in their content will not be allowed to be exhibited. The preliminary elimination process will be carried out through the examination of all works by the Organizing Committee. The works will be scanned for originality using reverse image search software, and works falling below the determined level of originality will not be submitted to jury evaluation.

All applications will be meticulously evaluated by the jury in a digital environment.

A special certificate of participation will be sent to the owners of the works accepted for the exhibition. Additionally, the works will be honored in the digital archive of the Near East University Communication Research Centre and may be used as an artistic value in Near East University's promotion, education, and social media activities.

Every designer participating in the exhibition is deemed to have accepted the provisions of the specification in advance as part of this creative journey.
